Revised compensation !!!

Compensation got revised but decreased ctc!!!

I got revised compensation at 5 Feb 2026 and they Decreased my CTC 11 Lpa to 10.94 What should I do , and now received a 4.33 ipf rating of what they want to do not getting. Can any one suggest or if anyone faced it too.
