Reviews on joining BlackRock as VP based on company culture, job security?

I'm currently in 7th semester, i have two internship offers.

1. BlackRock - 50k intern and 18 ctc( 15 base )
2. Cisco Meraki - 98k intern and 25 ctc (19 fixed pay)

With BlackRock conversation rate is 97 percent and with Cisco merkai I'm...

I'm currently interviewing for a business role at High radius. Numbers on Glassdoor and ambition box do not seem encouraging

Wanted to know how it's from someone who has worked in Highradius

Recently came across this on my LinkedIn. Just out of curiosity how does this happen. I mean the guy started as an Associate 2.5 years back and is now a VP.

Would love to know more about how offices are allocated , work I will do and how is the culture perks and salary
