Reviews for Puffy Dubai

I am getting a role that'd offer me ~28k AED monthly. Mainly have 2 questions:

  1. How does this salary look like from a Dubai PoV? (High/Medium/Low) (I'm a bachelor:))
  2. How's the work culture at Puffy? I have almost 4.5 YoE in my domain!

Any help will be appreciated! TIA!

What is your domain?

28K AED monthly is a decent salary for 4.5 YoE, you should be able to live a decent life. however, I doubt if salary increments will keep going up as much as India especially if you are in the tech field.

First of all, 28k AED is a very good salary, especially for a bachelor. You will be able to live comfortably and will be able to send some money home. The best part about salaries is that there is no tax deduction here, so all of this would be your in-hand salary. There is just like 5% VAT on the goods and services.

About work culture, Dubai has Sunday to Thursday working, with Friday and Saturday off. Some companies have Saturdays working too.

It is a fast-paced company so the workload can be a little too much at times, so if that’s a problem for you, you can think about it. Otherwise, it is a good place to work, the management is supportive and they have clear roles for everyone. Puffy has some good reviews on glassdoor that you can check out before making your decision. Personally, I would suggest you go for it. It is a great opportunity and you will get good exposure.

Very good salary for a bachelor. You should totally go for it. Get some experience, this would also give you a new perspective in life. Plus, Puffy is a good company, so you should take this offer.

It's a great salary, you wouldn't be spending above 10-12k .
