Hello,
I got offer from EPAM and it doesn't lure much just 16% increase in the salary but I'll be lead developer so I wanted to know if the company is great to join leaving Globallogic?
Please suggest.

How about hikes and all? I have heard bench policy is bad and there might be job risk

They do have policy of firing people if you are in bench for more than 3 months without project, also their inetrnal project interview are hard, i have heard this from many people.
Coming to hikes, this year it was not good at all, around 5 - 6% were given that too applicable from july since it has been delayed by 3 months given the reason of market conditions. I Hope this helps.

So as per your opinion do you think joining EPAM is better just for 15% hike but role is lead developer which is good but I'm scared looking at bench policy

EPAM mostly offer remote work, if priority is remote work, then join else not much difference..

Why not trying other company, who can give more hike .. you can show epam salary and take hike on top up it
