heard they have tracking system, timings are fixed.. everyday wfo with fixed timings got an offer should I join?
Toxic place run by the ceo, his family and his initial employees who have no clue of anything. Everyone are at inflated titles and work culture is very accurate - 5 day wfo plus 1-2 hrs of traffic + late hours for onshore alignment. Recipe for meaningless burnouts
