I want to know about Zepto PM in following areas- work culture, work-life Balance, Work load, Working hours, Top-down pressures, Exposure and learning curve, growth. Somebody working in Zepto, close to somebody working in Zepto, please help out with the reaity before I put effort in switching to zepto.
