They don’t care, they take money and won’t work on the ground. Refund is a hassle. If you complain on twitter they call you 100 times to remove the post so that their job won’t get threat, Ultimately they will win and you’ll lose the money. Better register for free and use their free services or keep changing email and number for fresh listing

Take basic plan and search yourself...rest of the plan is not worth only time waste

I took moneyback plan and got refund in 5 working days. I found a flat through brokers and then shared through rent agreement with nobroker, they did due diligence and refunded my money.

I have seen multiple complaints on twitter saying they don’t refund, i don’t understand how. Either they don’t read the terms or fail die diligence.

A refund term is always legally bound, our govt protects consumers, why would nobroker want to game that risking loss of reputation?

There is a big cheat going on at NO BROKER. This is an experience that happened to me. As soon as you advertise your house for rent, you will receive a call from a skilled tele caller. They brainwashed you into renting out your house and paying a small amount of brokerage to get you more rent than you expected and promised to refund your money if you couldn't rent it. But they could not pay the rent as they said. We rented it ourselves. Then we contacted no broker and asked them to refund our money. They denied that they could not refund the money saying that there was some delay in signing the rental agreement. On asking for a reason, they said you should send it to us within seven days of signing the contract. But they did not say any of this before paying the brokerage amount. Neither did the relationship manager. When asked for the reason, they said that they have mentioned it through email. Why don't you post such a necessary message on whatsup so that unnecessary messages like cleaning the house or cleaning the bathroom continue on whatsup? No relationship manager & supervisor said that it will expire in seven days because they themselves do not know. After getting rejected, everyone says please don't trust No broker. I came to know through comments that this has happened to many people
