Hello Guys, could you help me with the review of Iris Software in Noida? I checked on Glassdoor and Ambitionbox and found that there is a major concern about job security. Most of the positive reviews look like paid ones because they have been posted in a very short span of time. Please help.
After joining, HR ask you to write a glassdoor review and share the screenshot that’s why you so many 5 stars reviews. Management is ineffective. Limited or zero onsite opportunities. Appraisals are frequently delayed. No job security. Think twice before joining.
