Review of a company working in the hr domain

Basically the company is based out of Ahmedabad and UK and works in the hiring domain and has the word smart in it's name. People are really nice and teams are good. Upper management is not satisfied with the performance of the product so keeps pushing the dev teams to work more. Main issue is the hr who thinks he is working on ceo's behalf as senior management is all in UK. HR mails people for not writing proper reason in leave or WFH requests, he mails people for taking a lunch break in evening, basically saying you're only allowed to take lunch break in lunch timings other than that you can't step foot outside office. Is very rude and brash and even argued with the founders but he is still staying because it's tough to find a replacement I guess. So all in all 3 stars for the people working and deducted 2 starts for management not appointing a good HR. LMK if you have any questions. Should I mention the hr's name?
