I don’t see a story in your current role. It seems random stuff put in front of you. I don’t understand what you did and why. Your metric based approach is fine where you show numbers but still I am more confused what you did.
Only first point made some sense although still not convinced. Your IIIT education is good enough to get you interview honestly. If you were from tier 3 college, this will get rejected in one go. Interviewers take a look at your resumes for 2-3sec.
Play the IIIT card. Play on your strengths. Interviewer will check. From top to bottom. Your Education has one point so it is small enough to add at top. This will urge the interviewer to to spend 5-7 seconds more ONLY because you are from IIIT.
Then hook them showing that you are self managed and a leader. So less headache for them and also that you are technical enough not to require hand-holding.
Refactor experience section accordingly.
Couple of things I want to know:
Had you done all that, the company would've promoted you to SDE-2 anyway.
