Reverting back Resignation in TCS
Hi Friends,
I am going through a tough situation and need help. Please guide me.
I want. A release from my project due to the toxic work environment and pressure. But they are not ready to release me. Hemce I am thinking of dropping papers but i do not have any offer in hand yet.
In case I drop my papers but do not get any offer till the end of notice period then Is there a chance to revoke my resignation in TCS ? Will they allow?
Please help me.
If you are putting your papers thinking you get  Release from the current project then let me inform you once you resign HR will call you and if you mention this remain the same will updated to your manager and you will tortured more and also it’s TCS rule if you resign during project you have work till your last day on the project and there also a off boarding format which again be decide my your existing manager or delivery head. So right way is the take a release and when your moved to RMG then resign 
If you revoke your resignation then you are blocked for next 6 months.. Next 6 months you can't resign again
You can revoke your paper 12 days before your last working day.
It also depends on your manager's approval. If he/she says they no longer need you, it may be a problem. So if you think of taking back your resignation, check with your manager also.
You can revert back anytime
Raise grievance to HR
Yes you can even revert your resignation on during last working day also
