Reverse feedback should be clear or not

Like employee ratings , the managers and team leads should have a rating system from team members. It should be clear and transpearant like other employees. What say?

Reverse feedback? Bah! It's just another corporate gimmick. Managers and leads are not saints. They need to be rated too. "Sabka time aayega", right? Now, how would you ensure fairness in this system?
