At this rate not sure how many companies will continue WFH.

The problem I have personally seen with WFH is some team members just don't work and that's too unfair on those who actually work.

You could say the same thing the other way around. Ending WFH is unfair to the majority of people who used it fairly.

Yup, for some rotten apples the whole basket will suffer.

I just fear that they don't start calling us 5 days in a week after this. 3 is manageable, 5 is just too damm high

Obv that's their plan

That's not very likely. 2-3 days will give them SEZ and similar benefits, which is the main reason for WFO.

Not a supporter of WFO but none of this is new. Until 2020, everyone was used to working from office even 5 days a week. Nobody was complaining then.

No that's not correct. Many companies had policies where people used to take 1 wfh a week. However, WFH policy became normal after COVID.

Personally I oppose wfh. Everybody knows Indian companies are over staffed. With wfh, most people just sleep and watch tv. They get paid for literally sleeping.
Even in office they won't have any work, atleast people won't get paid for sleeping.
