Thinking to do the same.. They promised to promote me to L10.. But just gave 10% raise.. That sucks man.. After 3.5 yrs of exp, I am earning 50%-60% less from the market price

My resignation mail was same like yours. They were just giving me Awards and no promotion. The matter of joke is, I was asking for the promotion for more than 1.5 years and they took 4 L10 resources from outside. Lol!
My AM's manager told me to take papers back and he will give me promotion with 30 percent hike in this month Jan itself.
