Trending @Wipro; Returning the bonus amount after leaving WIPRO
I am currently serving the Notice period at wipro and I was 2022 joinee. After that we were given bonuses on completion of 6,18,24 months. Now after resigning, I heard that they are asking that bonus amount to be returned.
- What if I don't return it?
- What can they do ?
- How can I convince them that I can't return it.
It is written in the policy that we have bond of that bonus till next two years from receiving date and they are taking it back while fnf .one of my friend has given and other friends was adjusted as he has received only one bonus.But in your case it will not be adjusted i guess as amout is more .
Can we get a bonus after completion of 6, 12 etc months?
You have to return the bonus and it is clearely mentioned in the policy...your relieving letters will be released only after paying FNF
If I get an 18 month bonus after 1 year bond, do I need to work for the next 24 month's
