Returning from ML and long leave

Hi Fam,

I have extended my maternity leave for 4months now. From next month I’m planning to rejoin my office (TCS).

Could you please let me know the below requirements?

  1. How to select a project when I sit in bench under rmg (I mean maternity & childcare friendly project or domain availability there?)
  2. What’s rating & hike for this year’s associate
  3. Will the project or hr give me WFH , is there any WFO exception for child care ?

  1. When you get calls from project you can mention about the constraints and are they happy with it or not . Be upfront with your expectations
