Returning from maternity policy

Hi fam,

Is there any policy to WFH after returning from maternity break? If not could you please help where can I raise this?

As we don’t have support to Take care of our kid I’m looking to get wfh for few months once I join in, is that possible? Please help.

Yes, You can get WFH till the child turns 1 year. You can raise under child care category and submit birth certificate as proof.

Once I join in Will the HR’s and project manager approve? Will I be getting project calls if I say I wanna do WFH. ?

After you get project you need to talk with HR and get the approval.
