After returning from Maternity leave is there any policy of WFH. If yes,what is the procedure to take approval?

There is a policy farewelcome2.0 for 1 year wfh after returning from maternity. You can check and avail the benefit of that.

I believe there is, you have to submit child birth certificate and then you can 3 or 6 month i guess

Yes, it is available. I don't remember if it's 6 months or 1 year. Either way, you've to raise a request for every 3 months. Use Ask ADAM for the policy document or contact your people manager.
