Returned from long leave.Is tcs checking 9 hours after allocation? How long do we need to stay at the office?

At present they are not monitoring how long we stay in the office. They are just checking whether we swiped in or not. It's better to stay at least for 20 mins so that your swipe in & out will be detected properly.
