Returned after long leaves. Apalled to see the unprofessional behaviour of people calling for project. Extremely rude attitude.
They think unallocated person has committed some sort of crime and they are doing a favour to even call you. This one started yelling at me for missing his call at noon and calling back in afternoon after few hours since I was in ofc. Without telling he's from tcs or called for the project or mentioning the requirements. Not even asked skill set. Tried to intimidate by saying what were you doing since morning you know the situation! Not the tcs i worked for so many years! Toxicity at its peak. Not the company to work for anymore
Ethics and Morals exist in the tcs policy only, only the management and leadership is responsible for such kind of behaviour which is now flowing from upper hierarchy to lower. Present tcs is the best example where everything can be destroyed if the leadership itself is lagging ethics.
Worst happened with me
1 guy called me for requirement as ml i haven't done i just said no
But then that guy asked to share my resume i said on phone call that skillset dosent match so I will look for other opportunities
He escalated it to rmg saying I am not sending resume
Hr gave me formal warning and asked me to come and meet
She was saying whatever he is saying chagr in resume and give
I said ok to her
Went home and sent him pdf removing additional skillets from my resume 😅
Really! Heights of callousness
TCS now completely forgot its basic ethics, it's now a worse company than any other company. The environment is so toxic, HR has always been rude in behaviour.
I think before TCS thinks to adapt AI they should train ppl on soft skills and professionalism.. Most of the TCS folks lacks this only few of them I have seen being professional.. else I feel it’s kind of school with strict principal

I got a project call as well. The same thing he said " you know the situation of tcs now"
That's true. Straight away yelling saying I had called for allocation why didn't you pick. Atleast ask for the skill set first. It's not you will do a favour on me straightaway and save me from layoff. And now since I didn't pick inam in trouble !!
