Return to Work: Salary Expectation

I had 4 years of experience as a salesforce developer with a package of 12lpa when I left my job in one of the Big4. Now 1 am willing to restart my career after a period of 3 year career break. What should be the salary expectation as per current market demand? Also can I switch my role to functional as a Business Analyst?
