Does anyone here know, which type of and how much of funds are provided by TCS upon retirement beside PF and Gratuity ?

You get PF, Gratuity and Super Annuation (minus dues if any) .
All three are your funds and company does not give any additional for retirement.

Is it true that salary in TCS is generally low till C3B or C3B level, but after C4 salary paid increases drastically ?

Comparing to market it is low at all levels.
C2 to C3A there will be a noticeable jump, and then C3B to C4 there will be one more jump. But if you are too long in C3B and your yearly increment has brought the pay till a C4 level, then you will not see much change.
Only quick promotions if happen, you will see increase.
