Retention suggestion
Hi everyone,
I have resigned and now they want to retain me with a 60% hike and onsite opportunity after 8-10 months but I have an offer with around 125% hike. Looking for suggestions on what I should do now?

Slap yourself for even thinking to be retained ... Say A BIG NO on their face..
Go for 125% hike , I hope the company is good enough otherwise you would not have thought

I'm not sure about the company, it's software company which is Eptura previously known as Condeco. I think that's one of the reasons I'm still thinking about my retention

Probably do a thorough research before taking the call, and don't trust verbal assurance in case you are retained, unless you get something in writing At it seems you have some pretty great skills and I am not sure why you won't get more opportunities apart from the current one
