Retention query

Hi everyone, I am in my notice period, and my LWD is 18th February. Around 10 days ago, HR called me and asked if I would stay back with a ₹13 LPA offer. I said no and asked them to match my Infosys offer of ₹14 LPA. HR said they would check with higher management.

I have not received any updates yet. Can I expect HR to get back to me? If not, should I follow up and tell them that I am okay with ₹13 LPA? Will they still accept my retention request?

Just remember if you accepted Tcs offer then there will be no hike for 2 years. As per rules personal retained is not eligible for hike for next 2 cycles. So ask then to give at least 15 LPA

First rule: Don't revert back bro even if they give higher what you have from infosys.
Second Rule: Follow first rule.

If accepted then again you will be in trap mode 90days notice+ 5wfo + 10hr in office+work pressure like hell with penny hike 2%.

If you go into a new environment you will definitely learn some new skills. You are lucky you got an offer even having a 90 day notice period.
