Retention Process

Hi,

I'm currently serving notice period and have around 40 days left. I have an offer of 11LPA, 4 YoE in TCS. CCTC - 4.5LPA

How much TCS will give to retain? Like 30% or 50%? Do I need to produce the offer letter?

What's the average hike they give and how immediate it reflects?
