Retention possible in TCS ?

Can I ask manager for retention , after resignation?

Aisa kya hua bhai?? Ki resign karke retention ki baat karni hai. Don’t feel bad but “Isko thook ke chaatna kehte hain”. Don’t do it until there is no way and this is your last resort

Bhai avi tak resign nhi Kiya hu . But mujhe package barhana he , offer letter dikha k package barha sakta hu kya ?

Currently TCS is not retaining any employee, you can simply withdraw your resignation

They're retaining where there is dependency

It depends on your unit budget and approvals. In few projects they are retaining but depends on unit/project dependency/current ctc, etc

My current ctc equal to yoe . Project dependency also high . Also manager is good with me & give me wfh . I didnot resign yet. Can I ask my manager , I have received offer letter , can you please revised my package?
