Retention offer after resigned

Hi all,

I have resigned tcs and my last working day is 20th jan.

I have got retention offer like match my other company offer and some other opportunity in future.

I am little confused.

Is it worth to stay tcs.

What will be the consequences in future if i am staying here

Tech stack and exp please ? If next company is pbc, 16lpa there will be better If next company is services company you can think of accepting the match from TCS

Work will be more or less same post accepting the matching offer, Only salary will increase

If they're not giving in writing, even on mail from a significant person in HR role, don't stay. It's all a ploy to make you take back the resignation.
