Retention offer

Hi Guys, Need your suggestion here. I have got an offer from Accenture of nearly 28 LPA ( 24 fixed). TCS is ready to retain with 26 LPA. Do you think I shud stay with TCS or move on ?? My current is 18 LPA in TCS Tech stack -- SAP ABAP YoE --10 WFO is not an issue since both are in my city location only.

Do TCS follow ethics? They cut QVA without any explanation. Delay promotions without any transparency. Give poor increments. What ethics so they expect

If 26 totally fixed then you can take only with revised ctc

Ask them to give fixed 26 then only accept for retain if they give in variable you will never get 100% and you will regret this later if you accept 26 without fixed
