Retention offer

Hi folks I got an offer from EY gds for an offer of 10.5 lpa as I'm getting 6.7 lpa as my current offer in wipro. But now I'm wipro is agreed to offer the same package. Any suggestions?

Don't fall into the Wipro trap. Wipro will pay the same package as bonus but with conditions that you can't leave wipro for 1 year. After one year that amount will be merged to your current salary. If you leave wipro before 1 year, then you have to pay back that lumpsum amount. Its called retention bonus.
