Retention Incentive - Still not merged >3 years. I joined March 2,2022 and still my retention Incentive is not merged with monthly pay.

Anybody has clue whom to reach on this matter. FYI, retention incentive was still mentioned in the revised CTC as part of September annual hikes.

For you it will merge in March 2026. As this merge policy started from July 2025. So depending on the joining month it will merge. I joined in April so for me it may be April 2026.

Thats fine. But if you read the CTC disclaimer on retention incentive, it is mentioned as it will be merged into monthly pay after 3 years from its introduction.

This decision has taken on June so you will get updated revised letter on your next anniversary 2026
