Retention Incentive query - Notice period
Hi all , i am currently serving notice period and LWD is In august. There is retention Incentive component in my ctc which i will be getting in July every year.
Since i am currently serving notice period, will this amount be paid now or will it be stopped since i am in notice period?
I am also on notice period I got the retention bonus don't worry you will get it

I have in a similar position my last working day falls in Aug and retention bonus should come in JULY salary.
When i asked HR she said you won't get🥹

For retention incentive, it is necessary for the user to be active. But since you are on notice period, you won’t be eligible. However, if you withdraw your resignation at the last moment, then confirm with HR what the process is.
I am active on payroll till LWD right? So it should be paid
As per my understanding, you'll get it if you're active at the time you complete the year. Since your LWD falls after the year completion you should be getting it. But again, TCS would not have given you a band this time around (same with me) so possible that they also don't pay the retention bonus.
I withdraw my resignation ...am i eligible?
