Retention incentive policy
Does any one knows if we resigned before 1 year competition ie. after 9 months. Will our retention incentive they provide after resigned?
Because as per policy retention incentive will get credit once complete 1 year in TCS.

It should be paid, but your retention amount would probably come in FFS as the month of year completion, would also be your last salary month with TCS.

Then definitely you won't get as the duration mentioned is not completed from ur side
