Retention incentive has been discontinued and merged with our personal allowance.Will we get last year incentive?

In July is my aniversary monthin TCS. So in August month I usually get the retention incentive in each agust month.As per the new revised compensation letter,shall we get last year retention incentive in August month or new compensation letter is applicable from effective July 2025 onwards? Please clear our understanding guys?
