Hey everyone, if anybody (digital cadre) knows about annual retention incentive at TCS , please do comment.

  1. What is the amount they give as retention incentive?

  2. Any criteria for getting it?

  3. When it would be raised by TCS because in offer letter mention about 70000!!

  1. 70,000 or as mentioned in your OL.
  2. Nope simple stay in TCS for one whole year.
  3. It remains constant.

After every year completion. Suppose you joined in April 2023, you will be getting the incentive in April 2024 salary. Will be automatic. Nothing to do from ur side.
