Retention incentive
I am a tcs digital candidate. In offer letter it is mentioned u get retention incentive for upto 3years. And it is included in CTC.
What about after 3years?
I have completed 4years in Tcs but still I have retention with my salary. 2days back most folks got revised compensation letter which was merged there retention amount with monthly salary. But I am not getting any mail like that. So there is no policy after 3years it will merge to monthly salary. Don't know what was the criteria of merging. Most probably who all are joined in June they got revised compensation with merging there retention to monthly salary
After three years there will be no such component for you. It will be merged to PA, PP and QVA.
It will merge with your salary after that.
Probably they will not give retention incentive. Not sure if they will completely remove or merge with salary
