Hi All , I have been working in Infosys as a lateral since 1.5 yrs and have good dependency on project.. but i want more salary so shall resigning without any offer will lead to getting retention bonus ?

If Managers are good then you would be retained but you will need an offer, I had offer of 15% but was retained with 20% hike.

It won't workout dude... they will make fake promises and let their work get done. Mostly onsite offer to make you calm which is a big scam. There is no retention bonus in infy now...u should be careful and make a move
