Trending @Infosys; Retention hike percentage
Recently, few colleagues has given resigned and their manager has given 30% hike as they were retained. Observed few times that if we resign they are giving 30 percent hike, can I know what is the maximum hike percentage they can give us to retain.

That’s generally the max. That too they may be critical. Many units don’t have any budget for retention. It all depends in your criticality and impact you will have on leaveing
