Trending @Infosys; Retention Hike Percentage

Hello Folks,

I have received 32% hike on my current CTC from MNC, but it's just 1.4 year with Infy so I am not sure to leave this soon... Also, I am a critical resource in my project and seems If I put down the papers my manager will retain me.

YOE - 6.2 Tech - SAP Technical Consultant CCTC - 12.15 Fixed Received Offer - 16 LPA Fixed (70k retention bonus every year, with 1 lakh joining bonus after one month of joining)

What percentage should I expect from Infosys if they retain me ?

If they are interested in you... Infosys easily can match this offer.... Excluding joining bonus and retention bonus

Bro, 1.4 years + 3 months notice period. Leave the company there is no growth. People joined in 2022 have received no hikes till date ( me being one of them ). Leave if they don't match or give more. Please.

I would suggest to leave ..if you actually have any relevant opportunity in compare with Infy

Not to get expectations that they will retain you. Take your steps with your aspirations and target. Have a mindset that there is no disappointments even if there is no discussion on retaining you.

Leave it, or ask infosys to make 20L

Which world are you living in? Infosys will not be going up to that.

Leave infosys and go for the offer. Infosys will not retain you immediately and you'll keep chasing them for months for it if you stay in hopes of getting retained here.

Hi @Algebraic, could you please provide me a little bit of career guidance for SAP? I am a SAP end user🙂

Are you JL5? For JL4, the max they can offer in SAP is 20-22% for retention. And if they add promotion also then that is additional.
