Anyone got 40% hike on retaining back the employee?? I got offer for 45% hike outside and here my manager trying to retain me. But will they provide me atleast 40% here ? Or should I better leave infy ? One advantage is I have WFH for my project here.

They give basis criticality of project...I was given 40%, 3 Yrs back. And now in my time one person is given 45%
Max they will give 25-30%
Yea same position i was in, they just say they will n all but will not go beyond 20 or 30 Better you give interview and make 40 to 60
Maximum will be 30 percent
Even for people with max dependency they give 30percent hike, and that too if you are eligible for promotion, along with promotion hike they give 30
Atmost 20% , pls leave
Lol forget it, they won't give, focus on getting better counter offers from other companies.
