Trending @Infosys; Retention hike clarification

Hi All, I am going ahead to put papers without any offer in hand and if manager comes with some retention hike and will the HR asks for offer letter . Can any body tell how is the process when they retained you ?

If team or client has high dependency on you. Then only you will get retention.

They have high dependency , but does hr asks for offer letter

Hike is upto DM not HR.

And don’t stay for retention hike. If you get it. You won’t get yearly hike and retention hike is just early promotion.

No hr will not ask for offer letter. Hr is not in picture they are just final approvers. It will be your DM and DH decisions based on your manager pushing your case and the unit retention budget they have
