Trending @Infosys; Retention hike
Does anyone know how much % will infosys provide to retain employees for JL2 ( senior systems associate), I'm currently having 2.7 years of experience
As far as I can foresee none in the current market. Only very critical employees can hope for retention at this point of time and even then it ain't easy.
I'm asking because most of my teammates and senior are already on notice period & last working day is in this month itself, around 9 people are leaving the project.
So If they retain for critical employees how much retention hike can we expect?
There is no upper limit. During Covid even 50% was possible. Since you are in the last month though your manager would have already offered something or isn't going to offer anything by now. It is completely up to the manager and the lengths they will go to retain you.
