Accenture is offering retention bonuses for some employees.he should stay in Accenture for 1 year else he needs to pay back irrespective of taxes. Is it good to take ?
Move on.. dont take. You will get better outside
I don’t really see why not … the job market is not great rn obviously and the worst case scenario you have to return the money right… okk for some people it might be tax issues but honestly I don’t see a harm in accepting money
There is no policy in Accenture for retention bonus, and one should be careful while accepting such offer, everything should be in black and white

Any idea how many people are getting such bonus?
If you're going to stay for a year and made up your mind for the same, why not it's like a joining bonus. But if you're leaving before a year they'll get it back from you
