Retention discussions
Hi , I have resigned from tcs last month. I got calls from my hr regarding reason for resigned n all. Later got call from my delivery manger from India and other one from onsite together on same call and offered me immediate 20-30% hike and onsite in next six month I rejected there offer . Now today again different people whom I don't know at all scheduled a 30 mins meeting on teams regarding my retention. What do u guys think and any tips ,advices I'm not sure what to discuss n all . I don't have any expectations from tcs too

If you really want to stay then ask them to match the offer you have and visa initiated for onsite now only.... Don't fall for 6 months promise... Ask them for a written confirmation on email for onsite...

No dude I don't wanna stay even if I get 100 percent hike, enough of tcs I want to explore outer more and take risks then sitting in this hole

My suggestion go for new organization. 20-30 per hike here is waste
They actually increase more in Variable pay instead of fixed.
Onsite also, until you get any written communication email otherwise its trap

Have Offer letter? How much experience? Current CTC?

Have offer ,3.6 years exp ,8.35 digital,

Tech stack?

Don’t take your resignation back On-site is a scam in TCS and they will never match the offer and why to match the same offer that you already have ask for 10%more on your offer

No dude I don't wanna stay whatever hike I get , I want to explore outside apart from tcs in early carrier rather than staying back here

Do not fall for promises, ask them to deliver what they are promising before your notice period ends, then you might withdraw the resignation. Usually the promises always gets forgotten once you revoke the resignation.

No dude I don't wanna stay at all whatever they offer

If you have an offer letter which is double or 100% and above just show them that is the reason. I hope the discussion ends when start meeting

First of all congratulations for becoming such a valuable resource for the team
Just want to tell that always come out of comfort zone and grow

Why everyone is so obsessed with the onsite opportunities. They are only changing your location not salary or anything right ?
