Will Infy retain by matching the offer. I have 7YoE and 5 YOE in Infy.
Project is ending on 30th.
Will they retain for new projects or release early.

Infosys might offer a retention hike, but it's usually around 10-20%. Since your project is ending, retention chances are lower unless you're critical for future projects. Switching companies might be a better option.
