Retention calls
I am already on notice period, tcs hr called me for details regarding reason and current & offered CTC and asked willingness to stay back, I told offered CTC + 15% for staying back. Another hr called and did the same questions and answers Do you think tcs will offer the expected? By when can I get the final answer?

Hurt them the most where it hurts, take the maximum retention package and again put down papers. It’s time to give them the test of their own medicine.
Don't share company name, and also don't think about revoke as well.
Why not sharing new company name ? What is the harm from tcs side ?
