Retention bonus query

I have a query regarding the retention bonus.

I expect to get a retention bonus every year in dec salary

This month i got a revised competition letter saying that my retention bonus is merged in monthly component ok .. but from dec onwards

So will i get my retention bonus this month for my completion of one year in dec 25 or not ..?

Any one having idea on this ?

Received same letter minutes back. No clue.

Not sure why in dec month .. they could have started from Jan month .. m worried they will keep full year retention bonus with them

you will get it for this time, from jan it will come in ur monthly salary

Is it the 3rd time you will be getting retention bonus? If so, this will be the last one. After that, the retention bonus will be split into monthly and added to performance allowance. I had the same doubt. Got my final (3rd) retention bonus on October. And from November, it was split into monthly and added to PA.
