Retention bonus Query

Iets say i have joined on Feb 1st week 2024 and if it is as per plan , retention bonus will come on March 31.

if i pur paper on March 1st 2025 Will they give retention bonus . As i have completed 1 year in TCS ? Will they give on March 31st ?
