Retention Bonus on Resignation.

Hi all, I have joined TCS in June and if I resign in April first week following the 90 day notice period, will I get the retention bonus amount in June payslip. As the last day would be in the first week of July.

I just connected with hr , he said retention is for retaining with the company ,not for associates who resigned

One of my friend who is in notice period and has received retention bonus in March salary

You will receive a retention bonus, it is not related to the notice period, The only requirement is that the anniversary should be completed irrespective of notice period and this I have confirmed with HR
