Retention Bonus on Resignation.

Hi all, I have joined TCS in June and if I resign in April first week following the 90 day notice period, will I get the retention bonus amount in June payslip. As the last day would be in the first week of July.

You will receive a retention bonus, it is not related to the notice period, The only requirement is that the anniversary should be completed irrespective of notice period and this I have confirmed with HR

You will get it. One of my friends resigned in April 2023, his last date was in July. He joined in July 2021. He got the retention bonus.
