What is retention bonus ?
Nothing they will cut from our CTC and paid once jn a year
I didn't get in 1st year ( lateral entry) 2nd year they said no hike, is retention bonus included in this "no hike " or they will give. If they will give then under ehat section it will be in the salary slip

I have got offer letter there's mention that retention bonus now split in monthly salary..my joining date was 7 th July 2022 .. I heard that 70 k got 3 year after completing yearly anniversary then why they shared new offer letter
I think they cut it if one has taken LWPs
