Retention bonus
I have joined tcs on 26th oct 2023, In offer letter it was mentioned 70K as retention bonus. So will i get this 70k on 31st oct or 30 nov. please clarify if you have any idea

26 oct means u will get in Nov salary Salary on Nov 30 Rare case u may get on oct salary ( As u will cross one year)

If someone even joins on 31st oct, then also anniversary is considered on 1st day of joining month. Also i got mine in same month salary of joining.

I joined on 20th sep and I get it in sep 30th salary. I think u also would get in the same month.
